ALL TEAMS NEED TO SUBMIT A COMPLETED ROSTER FORM ***HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS NEED TO SUBMIT ROSTER FORM BY JULY 1st (via email : info@sweetlaxin.com ) to be included in the College Coaches Packet Rosters submitted after July 5th will not be included in packet.
COACHES NEED TO FILL OUT A FORM TO CERTIFY THAT ALL THEIR TEAM MEMBERS ARE US LACROSSE MEMBERS
Also, if you are a mixed grade level team- your team must be placed in the higher grade level the players are currently in. Your team will not be allowed in championship round or game if we find you have misrepresented your team.
